A 41-year-old woman was killed and a 28-year-old driver was arrested after a two-vehicle crash on Crow Canyon Road in San Ramon on Saturday afternoon, November 29, 2025.
According to San Ramon police, the collision occurred around 3:20 p.m. and involved a Ford Bronco and a Tesla Model 3.
Investigators said the Tesla driver was believed to have caused the crash. The woman, a passenger in the Ford, died at the scene. She was identified as a resident of Castro Valley, though her name was withheld pending family notification. The Ford’s driver was treated at a hospital and later released.
Police said the Tesla driver, a resident of Pleasanton, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence and was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility. No additional details were released.
The investigation is ongoing.
