A suspected DUI crash in the Ingleside neighborhood of San Francisco left two women dead and three other adults injured early Monday morning, November 25, 2024.
The two-vehicle collision occurred at approximately 1:20 a.m. near Grafton and Jules avenues, according to the San Francisco Police Department.
Officers arriving at the scene found two women in one of the vehicles with life-threatening injuries. Despite emergency responders’ efforts, both women were pronounced dead at the scene.
In the other vehicle, four adults were involved. Three were transported to the hospital, including one with life-threatening injuries and two with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of one of the vehicles, identified as 21-year-old Jayden P. of Santa Rosa, was arrested on suspicion of gross vehicle manslaughter while intoxicated, DUI causing injury, and reckless driving causing injury.
The investigation is ongoing.
