Three people were injured after a single-vehicle crash near the 4300 block of Old Sonoma Highway in Napa on Sunday morning, November 23, 2025.
According to Cal Fire, units from Cal Fire, Napa County Fire, American Medical Response, and the California Highway Patrol responded around 6:00 a.m. after a car left the roadway and went into a ditch.
Authorities said three occupants of the vehicle were injured and transported to a local hospital. Due to the number of patients, responders declared a Level 1 Mass Casualty Incident to ensure adequate medical resources were available.
CHP is investigating the cause of the crash.
