A two-vehicle collision blocked the fast lane on Interstate 80 near Madison Avenue in North Highlands, Sacramento County, on Monday afternoon, November 18, 2024.
Emergency crews responded to reports of the crash in the westbound lanes at around 3:00 p.m., according to California Highway Patrol online logs.
