A bicyclist sustained non-life-threatening injuries after being struck by a car in Indio on Monday evening, November 18, 2024.
The collision occurred shortly before 7:30 p.m. on Indio Boulevard near 44th Avenue.
Emergency responders transported the injured bicyclist to a nearby hospital for treatment. The driver of the car involved in the crash was uninjured.
Indio police reported no immediate indication of what may have caused the accident. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the circumstances of the collision.
