A woman was hit and killed by a vehicle in Lodi on Sunday night, November 3, 2024.
The California Highway Patrol reported that the collision occurred around 7:15 p.m. in the area of Highway 12 and Westgate Drive.
The woman, who was wearing dark clothing in an unlit section of the road, succumbed to her injuries.
Authorities confirmed that the driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation. The cause of the accident is under review.
