A pedestrian sustained life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle after a hit-and-run incident in the Valencia Park neighborhood of San Diego on Sunday evening, November 3, 2024.
The San Diego Police Department reported that the incident occurred at approximately 8:02 p.m. on the 5200 block of Imperial Avenue.
A driver traveling westbound struck the pedestrian, causing severe injuries, and the vehicle came to rest in the eastbound lane before fleeing the scene.
