A construction worker tragically lost his life after being struck by an excavator in the Bay Park neighborhood of San Diego on Sunday night, October 27, 2024.
The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. in the 1900 block of Morena Boulevard, as reported by the San Diego Police Department.
The victim, identified as 40-year-old Cesar C., was working at the construction site when the accident took place. He was subsequently transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
