[10-23-2026] Tehama County, CA – Two Injured in Hit-and-Run Rollover Crash Near Red Bluff

A man and woman sustained minor to moderate injuries in a two-vehicle hit-and-run crash near Red Bluff on Wednesday evening, October 23, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred around 8:30 p.m. on Highway 99W near Riverside Avenue, just south of St. Elizabeth Hospital.

The couple’s pickup truck rolled onto its side. They told officers that the driver of a silver Cadillac left the scene following the collision.

Officers located the Cadillac a short distance away and arrested 21-year-old Red Bluff resident Adam H. for hit-and-run. 

The investigation remains ongoing.
