[10-11-2026] San Diego County, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash on I-15 in Fallbrook

A sedan and a truck were involved in a collision on southbound Interstate 15 near Mission Road in Fallbrook, San Diego County, early Sunday, October 11, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol traffic incident log, the crash was reported at about 1:02 a.m. North County Fire Protection District sent multiple emergency units, including fire engines and a medic unit.

A silver sedan had extensive front-end damage. The CHP classified the incident as a collision with unknown injuries. The number of people involved and whether anyone was taken to a hospital were not immediately confirmed.
