[10-10-2026] San Diego County, CA – Woman Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash in El Cajon

A woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash in El Cajon early Saturday, October 10, 2026.

The El Cajon Police Department said it received reports of the incident at about 12:06 a.m. near East Washington Avenue and South Mollison Avenue.

Police said the woman was crossing South Mollison Avenue at the intersection when she was struck. She died at the scene.

The driver fled, and police did not release a description of the vehicle or driver.
