A woman sustained injuries following a two-vehicle collision in Sacramento’s Gateway Center neighborhood on Thursday afternoon, October 10, 2024.
According to dispatcher radio communications, emergency medical services were dispatched at approximately 12:31 p.m. to the southbound lanes of Interstate 5, just north of Garden Highway.
The circumstances leading to the collision are currently unknown, but at least two vehicles were involved. The injured woman was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
The incident remains under investigation, and authorities are working to determine the cause of the crash.
