A pedestrian was killed in a collision involving a vehicle on Mission Boulevard in Jurupa Valley early Thursday morning, October 10, 2024.
According to the Jurupa Valley Sheriff’s Station, deputies responded to the area near Camino Real at approximately 3:56 a.m., finding the pedestrian on the northern edge of Mission Boulevard east of Sikh Temple Way, showing obvious signs of trauma.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver involved was uninjured and remained on site, cooperating with investigators.
Alcohol and drugs do not appear to be factors in the collision, which remains under investigation by the Jurupa Valley Sheriff’s Station Traffic Collision Reconstruction Team.
