A motorcyclist was critically injured after running a red light and colliding with an SUV in Long Beach on Sunday afternoon, October 06, 2024.
The accident occurred around 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of Studebaker Road and Spring Street near El Dorado Park, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
The motorcyclist was traveling south on Studebaker when they ran a red light and collided with a northbound Volkswagen Taos that was turning left onto westbound Spring Street.
Paramedics transported the motorcyclist to a local hospital for treatment. No words yet on the condition of the driver.
