An employee suffered injuries in a kitchen fire at La Hacienda restaurant on Redwood Highway in San Rafael on Thursday morning, October 3, 2024.
Firefighters responded to the scene at 8:15 a.m. According to San Rafael Deputy Fire Chief Robert Sinnott, the fire broke out behind the stove while the employee was preparing to open the restaurant.
