[09-27-2026] Riverside County, CA – Ambulance Responds to Two-Vehicle Crash in Winchester

An ambulance was dispatched following a collision involving at least two vehicles in Winchester, Riverside County, on Sunday afternoon, September 27, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at around 12:37 p.m. at the intersection of Domenigoni Parkway and Patterson Avenue.

CHP said a white sedan and a gray Toyota Prius sustained damage in the collision. Initial reports indicated that two vehicles were stopped in the center divider.

Cal Fire was notified to assist with the medical response and vehicle recovery, and an ambulance was sent to the scene.

Information regarding possible injuries was not immediately available.
