At least one person was taken to a hospital after a possible three-vehicle collision near West Lilac Road and Old Highway 395 in San Diego County on Thursday morning, September 24, 2026.

The crash was reported at around 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of West Lilac Road and Old Highway 395.

Initial dispatch information indicated that a gray sedan and a gray Honda were involved in the collision, along with a possible third unidentified vehicle.

Emergency responders found at least one person trapped inside a vehicle. Medical personnel transported one individual to Palomar Medical Center with injuries of unknown severity. Fire crews were also working to extricate a second occupant from a vehicle.
