[09-23-2024] Two Adults and Two Children Injured After Two-Vehicle Collision in HesperiaTwo adults and two children were injured following a two-vehicle traffic accident in Hesperia on Monday night, September 23, 2024.

The incident occurred just after 8:30 p.m. at the intersection of Main Street and E Avenue near the Sizzler restaurant. 

The collision involved a Dodge Charger and a Jeep, which overturned and came to rest against the traffic signal standard on the northwest corner of the intersection.

According to a witness, the Jeep was driven by an adult male, while the Charger was occupied by an adult male and two small children. Officials said that the driver of the Jeep ran two red lights, ultimately causing the collision with the Charger.

San Bernardino County firefighters responded to the scene and reported that all four occupants would be transported via ambulances to local hospitals. The extent of the injuries was unknown.

The Hesperia Police Department is investigating the incident.
