[09-21-2026] San Diego County, CA – One Injured After Motorcycle and SUV Crash in Fallbrook

One person was transported to a hospital following a collision involving a motorcycle and a maroon Toyota 4Runner in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Monday afternoon, September 21, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at around 4:42 p.m. near East Live Oak Park Road and Yucca Road. Subsequent reports indicated that the crash occurred at the nearby intersection of East Mission Road and Live Oak Park Road.

Personnel from the North County Fire Protection District responded to the scene. One patient was transported to Palomar Medical Center with injuries of unknown severity.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
