A bicyclist was critically injured after being hit by a van in Fresno County on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.
Clovis police responded to the scene at the intersection of Clovis and Saginaw Way, near Ashlan Avenue, around 12:45 p.m.
Officers reported that the man was carrying several containers of alcohol when the collision occurred. The adult driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
The injured man was transported to Community Regional Medical Center in critical condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
