[09-16-2025] Riverside County, CA – Man Hospitalized With Major Injuries After Pickup Truck Overturns on Westbound I-10 East of Ramon Road in Thousand Palms

A man was hospitalized with major injuries after being ejected from a pickup truck that overturned in Thousand Palms, Riverside County, on Tuesday morning, September 16, 2025.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported around 7:44 a.m. on the westbound Interstate 10 east of the Ramon Road overcrossing.

A gold Ford F-150 left the roadway and overturned onto the right shoulder. The male passenger was ejected and transported to Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs. It is not immediately known if the driver sustained any injuries. No other passengers were in the vehicle.

Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
