[09-13-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – One Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash in Torrance Area

One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash in the Torrance area early Sunday morning, September 13, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at around 1:45 a.m. in the 23600 block of Normandie Avenue.

Authorities said the collision involved a white Ford Transit van and a gray sedan.

Paramedics transported one person to a hospital. The person’s condition was not immediately available.

The CHP reported that a suspect was arrested at the scene. 

Authorities did not provide further information about the arrest or the person taken into custody.

The investigation remains ongoing.
