One person was killed in a three-vehicle collision on State Route 56 near Salmon River Road in Rancho Penasquitos, San Diego, on Saturday, September 13, 2025.
According to the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office, the crash occurred shortly before 10:00 p.m., and involved three vehicles. Tomasz B., 50, of Poway, was pronounced dead at the scene.
