[09-07-2026] Riverside County, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash Near I-15 Off-Ramp in Eastvale

A two-vehicle collision involving a blue Ford F-150 pickup truck and a white minivan occurred near the Interstate 15 off-ramp in Eastvale, Riverside County, on Monday afternoon, September 7, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported around 1:05 p.m. near the northbound I-15 off-ramp at Limonite Avenue.

Witnesses reported that the minivan struck the pickup before colliding head-on with a light pole.

An elderly woman who had been driving the minivan was reportedly outside her vehicle following the collision. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene, but information regarding possible injuries was not immediately available.

CAL FIRE and the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department were also dispatched to provide emergency assistance.

The collision occurred outside the main freeway lanes, and traffic on I-15 was not affected.

The investigation remains ongoing.
