Six people were injured after a two-vehicle crash in Sacramento on Wednesday afternoon, August 14, 2024.
According to officials, the collision occurred at approximately 12:31 p.m. at the intersection of Belleau Wood Lane and Freeport Boulevard near the Sacramento Executive Airport.
The Sacramento Fire Department reported that emergency medical services were dispatched to the scene where two vehicles had collided.
Two adults were transported to a nearby hospital in serious condition, while two children were taken to the hospital with minor injuries and have since been released. Additionally, two other adults sustained minor injuries.
The cause of the crash remains unclear as authorities continue to investigate the incident.
