Two juveniles were seriously injured in a hit-and-run collision in Calimesa on Thursday afternoon, August 7, 2025.
According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to the 1100 block of Calimesa Boulevard around 3:30 p.m. and found the two boys suffering from serious injuries. They were immediately transported to a hospital, where their vital signs were reported as stable.
The driver and passenger of the suspect vehicle were seen fleeing the scene after the crash. An extensive search involving Riverside Sheriff’s Aviation and K9 Units was conducted, but the suspects were not located.
No description of the suspects has been provided, and the investigation is ongoing. Authorities are asking anyone with information to come forward.
