[08-02-2026] Sacramento County, CA – Driver Arrested for DUI After Three-Vehicle Crash in Citrus Heights

A driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a three-vehicle crash in Citrus Heights on Sunday, August 2, 2026.

According to the Citrus Heights Police Department, the collision occurred on Antelope Road between Garden Gate Drive and Rollingwood Boulevard.

Officers arrived to find three vehicles involved, including one that had overturned. All occupants had exited their vehicles before emergency responders arrived.

Authorities reported that no serious injuries were sustained in the crash. Investigators believe speed and a red-light violation were contributing factors in the collision. One driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
