One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Santa Clarita on Saturday afternoon, August 2, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at approximately 12:18 p.m. on The Old Road just north of Weldon Canyon Road. One of the involved vehicles was identified as a silver Toyota RAV4.
Emergency personnel pronounced one person dead at the scene. The identities of those involved have not yet been released.
The surrounding roads were closed as authorities conducted an investigation.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
