At least one person was injured following a multi-vehicle collision in Stockton on Friday afternoon, August 2, 2024.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 4:10 p.m. on the westbound lanes of Eight Mile Road, just east of Lower Sacramento Road.
Authorities stated that at least two unspecified vehicles were involved in the crash. Details on how the collision occurred were not immediately known, but at least one person sustained minor injuries. There is no word yet on the identity and current condition of the injured individual.
It is unknown if alcohol or drugs played a role. The responding officials are still investigating to determine the contributing factors in the crash.
