Two people were injured following a multi-vehicle collision in northwest Bakersfield on Sunday evening, July 28, 2024.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 6:45 p.m. at the intersection of Allen and Hageman roads.
The total number of vehicles involved was not immediately disclosed, but two people suffered serious injuries in the collision. One person suffered a severe leg injury, and another had broken bones. Both of them were transported to Kern Medical for treatment.
None of the victims were identified, and it remains unclear how the collision occurred. The responding officials are gathering all the necessary information to determine the factors leading up to the crash.
