A 35-40-year-old woman was struck and killed by a vehicle in Studio City, Los Angeles, on Sunday night, July 27, 2025.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the collision occurred at approximately 10:29 p.m. at the intersection of Ventura Boulevard and Tujunga Avenue. Officers arrived to find the pedestrian lying in the street.
Witnesses reported that the driver, traveling west on Ventura Boulevard, struck the woman who was allegedly sitting in the street.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene, where the woman was pronounced dead. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
The LAPD’s Valley Traffic Division is handling the investigation.
