A rider was seriously injured following a vehicle vs. motorcycle collision near Holtville on Monday afternoon, July 15, 2024.
According to the responding officials, the incident occurred shortly before 2:00 p.m. at the intersection of State Route 115 and Towland Route just east of the city.
How the crash happened, and the total number of people involved are still unclear. It is said that the motorcyclist needed to be airlifted from the scene to an out-of-county medical facility after sustaining serious injuries. The rider’s name, age, and gender were not provided.
