A motorcyclist was injured in a hit-and-run collision in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Saturday night, July 12, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 9:00 p.m. on South Mission Road, just north of Stagecoach Lane. A caller reported that a vehicle struck a motorcyclist and fled the scene.
Responding units found the rider standing on the right-hand shoulder of the northbound lane. Emergency medical services were dispatched, and a tow truck from Adams Tow was also called to the location.
Authorities stated the rider was upright and conscious at the scene, but the extent of injuries remains unclear.
The suspect vehicle had fled prior to law enforcement’s arrival, and no description has been released. The incident remains under investigation.
