A crash involving at least two vehicles caused traffic delays on northbound Interstate 5 in Sacramento on Thursday evening, July 10, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 7:50 p.m. near the Del Paso Road exit. Emergency crews responded promptly and found at least one northbound lane blocked due to the collision.
CHP traffic logs indicate that medics were requested to the scene, but it is unclear if anyone was injured in the crash.
Motorists traveling through the area experienced delays as crews worked to clear the scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
