Two people sustained minor injuries after a car crashed into a building in 4S Ranch, San Diego County, on Monday afternoon, July 7, 2025.
According to the Rancho Santa Fe Protection Fire District, the crash occurred around 4:17 p.m. at 10531 4S Commons Drive, within the 4S Commons Town Center.
A vehicle reportedly struck a tree, then reversed and crashed through the glass front of the 4S Eyecare and Optometry building.
The California Highway Patrol confirmed that at least two individuals were hurt in the incident, although it was unclear whether they were inside the vehicle or occupants of the building.
First responders arrived shortly after to assess the damage and treat the injured. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
