A 37-year-old woman, identified as Erika E., was killed in a hit-and-run collision in Hollywood, Los Angeles, on Saturday night, July 5, 2025.
According to officials and family members, the incident occurred near Sunset Boulevard and Sierra Bonita Avenue as Edwards was leaving a charity dance event.
The driver of a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon reportedly fled the scene and has not yet been arrested. A $50,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect.
The Los Angeles Police Department is actively investigating the case.
