A two-vehicle crash blocked a major intersection in Granite Bay, Placer County, on Thursday afternoon, July 3, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred shortly after 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Auburn-Folsom Road and Eureka Road.
It is currently unclear what caused the crash or whether any injuries were sustained. However, emergency medical personnel were requested to the scene.
Drivers were advised to expect delays as the intersection remained obstructed while crews responded.
The incident is under investigation.
