Two people were injured and hospitalized following a head-on collision involving two SUVs in Contra Costa County on Thursday night, July 3, 2025.
According to reports, the crash occurred around 8:48 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of Olympic Boulevard near Tice Valley Boulevard.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and transported both injured individuals to a nearby hospital. The extent of their injuries has not been disclosed.
Several lanes were temporarily closed as responders worked to access the crash site and assist the victims.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
