At least one person was injured following a vehicle vs. box truck collision near Stockton on Monday afternoon, July 1, 2024.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the traffic incident occurred at about 3:40 p.m. on Howards Road and Wing Levee Road.
It is still unclear how the two vehicles collided, but CHP reported that both the box truck and the vehicle overturned. The number of people involved was also undisclosed.
At least one person was said to be injured following the incident. Further information about that person’s identity, including their name, age, and gender, was not immediately available. No other injuries were reported at this time.
