A woman was killed and a man critically injured in a collision involving a motorcycle and a tractor in Fresno County on Thursday night, June 26, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred shortly after 9:00 p.m. near Colorado Road and Sumner Avenue, in the area between Tranquillity and San Joaquin.
A man was operating a motorcycle with a female passenger when they struck the rear of a tractor pulling a trailer.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The man sustained critical injuries and was airlifted to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment.
The driver of the tractor was not injured in the crash. The incident remains under investigation.
