Three people were hospitalized with major injuries after a vehicle overturned on Interstate 80 in West Sacramento on Tuesday morning, June 24, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 11:39 a.m. near Reed Avenue. One of the four occupants in the vehicle was ejected during the incident.
CHP stated that three of the four individuals in the vehicle sustained major injuries and were transported to a hospital for treatment.
It is currently unknown whether alcohol or speeding played a role in the crash. The crash remains under investigation.
