One person sustained minor injuries and was extricated after a two-vehicle crash in Thermal, Riverside County, on Monday morning, June 23, 2025.
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the incident occurred around 6:56 a.m. at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Calhoun Street, located south of Coachella.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and extricated the injured individual, who was then transported to a local hospital for treatment. The second driver involved in the crash was uninjured.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
