Possible minor injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash in Madison, Yolo County, on Wednesday morning, June 18, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 7:39 a.m. on eastbound Highway 16 at the on-ramp for southbound Interstate 505.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. It remains unclear what caused the crash.
The CHP is investigating the incident.
