A bicyclist suffered major injuries after being struck by a vehicle in downtown San Rafael on Monday morning, June 15, 2026.
According to police, the collision occurred around 8 a.m. near the corner of Second Street and Marquard Avenue.
Authorities reported that the bicyclist was transported to a hospital for treatment of major injuries. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
Officials stated that drugs or alcohol do not appear to be factors in the crash. The incident remains under investigation.
