[06-11-2026] San Diego County, CA – Two Killed, Four Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Northbound I-15 Near Highway 76

Two people were killed, and four others were injured following a multi-vehicle crash on the northbound Interstate 15 near Highway 76 in San Diego County, early Thursday morning, June 11, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol and North County Fire Protection District, the collision was reported at around 4:09 a.m.

Authorities stated that a gray SUV struck the center divider, and another vehicle spun out while a semi-truck pulled onto the right shoulder, blocking portions of the roadway.

Four individuals were transported to area hospitals, including one with moderate injuries and three with minor injuries. The identities of the victims killed have not been released.

Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
