One person was transported following a two-vehicle crash that partially blocked the roadway in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Wednesday evening, June 11, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 6:35 p.m. near the intersection of South Main Avenue and Fallbrook Street.
A silver Lexus RX 450h, traveling southbound on Main Avenue, reportedly rear-ended a white truck. Both vehicles came to rest, partially blocking the roadway.
Firefighters arrived on the scene shortly before 6:42 p.m. and requested a tow truck for one of the vehicles. A unit from S and R Tow responded to assist with vehicle removal.
No further information about injuries was immediately available. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
