At least one person sustained serious injuries in a rollover crash in Caliente, Kern County, on Wednesday evening, June 11, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 7:22 p.m. on Caliente Bodfish Road, north of South Kendall Road. A black Volkswagen sedan overturned and came to rest upright in a roadside ditch.
Authorities reported that both a driver and at least one passenger were inside the vehicle at the time of the crash. The exact condition of the injured individual has not been disclosed.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
