Two men were killed in a solo-vehicle crash in North Sacramento on Sunday morning, June 8, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 4:30 a.m. on eastbound Interstate 80 at the Longview Drive off-ramp.
The victims, identified by the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office as 19-year-old Isaiah Guadalupe Gonzalez and 20-year-old Joaquin Adan Silva, were both residents of Sacramento.
A preliminary investigation revealed that an unsafe turning movement led to the crash. The incident remains under investigation.
