[06-02-2025] Three People Injured, One Trapped in Crash on South Mateo Street in Downtown LAThree people were injured, including one individual who became trapped in the wreckage, following a crash in downtown Los Angeles on Monday morning, June 2, 2025.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the collision occurred at approximately 7:25 a.m. in the 800 block of South Mateo Street. Emergency responders arrived and worked to free one person trapped at the scene.

All three patients were transported to a hospital for treatment. Their current conditions have not been released.

The Los Angeles Police Department’s Central Traffic Division continued to investigate the incident.
