Two people suffered serious injuries, and four others sustained non-life-threatening injuries in a five-vehicle collision on the San Bernardino (10) Freeway in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles, on Sunday morning, June 1, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 5:00 a.m. in the westbound lanes of the 10 Freeway at Soto Street. Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched to the scene at 5:01 a.m.
Six individuals were transported to local hospitals—two with serious injuries and four with minor injuries, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
At least two vehicles, including a black SUV and a sedan, were overturned in the crash. The cause of the incident is under investigation, and no additional details are available at this time.
